- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any stock item (excludes “clearance” or “sale” items), it may be returned within 5 days* for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs incurred TO and FROM your location, even if the item was marked as Free Delivery or if the delivery is refused.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be accepted. If any item does not meet these requirements, we will not accept it.
- A 15% restocking fee will also be applied to all returned items before refund is processed. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
